Exam and driving-test practice apps by xNeat

This policy covers the exam-preparation apps that xNeat publishes on the App Store: driving-theory tests and licence, certification and admission exam practice. It explains what happens to your information when you use them.
- We do not collect any personal data.
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs.
- Your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud account.
Data on your device
The app stores your answers, progress, bookmarks, mistakes, study plan, exam date and settings on your device, so it can build your daily plan and show how ready you are. This data is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it from your device.
iCloud sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, the app keeps your progress, your history and the record of the plan you bought in the private database of your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit). That is how they reach your other devices and come back after a reinstall. Apple stores this data under Apple's Privacy Policy; we cannot see or access it. You can turn iCloud off for the app in the Settings app, under your name, then iCloud, and remove its stored data in your iCloud storage settings.
Purchases
Plans are one-time in-app purchases: no subscription and no automatic renewal. Apple processes every payment. We never receive your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. The app only receives the purchase confirmation from Apple (StoreKit) to unlock your plan. "Restore from iCloud" reads the plan record from your own iCloud account.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules its study reminders on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us. You can turn them off at any time in Settings, then Notifications.
Update check
To tell you when a newer version is available, the app asks Apple's App Store lookup service for its latest version number. The request goes to Apple and contains only the app's App Store ID; we do not receive it.
When you contact us
If you email us, for example from the app's feedback button or its support page, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you, never share or sell them, and delete them when you ask.
Children
The apps show no ads and collect no personal data from anyone, children included.
Your rights
The data on your device and in your iCloud account is under your control: you can delete it at any time as described above. The only personal data we may hold is email you send us; you can ask to see it or have it deleted. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
